For the next two Sundays of June, we will have a card writing station in the fellowship hall, as a way of engaging more personally with the International Youth Service trip as a congregation.

Impact Global Health Alliance invites communities to send notes of hope, as they are able, to go along with their volunteers on service trips. With the upcoming youth trip to Guatemala, Pilgrims have an opportunity to participate in this. The idea is that through sending messages of encouragement to mothers and health workers, we can build a clearer sense of interconnectedness and personal care.

By writing simple notes, we have the chance to remind someone across the world that they are seen and valued as fellow humans. These notes are intended to be messages of solidarity, hope, and love that travels thousands of miles. As you are called, please come by and write one for the youth to bring along to Casa Materna in Huehuetenango!
