Vacation Bible School is open to any and all children or grandchildren in the 3-12 year old range. Here is the plan:
Three Fridays in June, the 11th, 18th, and 25th
4 -7 PM, (though it is OK to arrive a little late or leave early).
A vegetarian dinner will be included (gluten/dairy free per request)!
Parents can stay with their child’s group or head out for a moment of freedom if they prefer.
Families can participate in 1 to all 3 sessions.
Kids can expect yard games, including water play to help us stay cool, a Bible story, a special project, and chill out activities for after dinner. In addition to being outside all but the very youngest children will be masked, and all adults participating will be masked and vaccinated. Families are welcome to bring in other children (neighbor, cousin, daycare friend) who are already in their pod. We will have some distanced whole group time and small group project time. Family pods who are mutually comfortable with it may combine with up to one other pod for small group time.
Finally we are collaborating with Pilgrim Song for the final session on June 25! We will have our regular activities beforehand, but will end with a special concert that will be open to other Pilgrims as well.
