On a recent Sunday, Pilgrim's Stewardship Chair, Beth Bowling, invited us to make "Stone Soup" together as we build and support our church through our volunteer time and financial donations. We hope you will prayerfully consider that request. At the same time, Pilgrim's budget committee has been hard at work drafting a 2023 budget that helps us create that "Stone Soup" together, live into our promise, build our Pilgrim community, and prepare for the future. Part of that preparation is in identifying and allocating the resources that are required to sustain our staff and our building while supporting the many works of the congregation. On Sunday, October 23, we will have a half-hour session to present a high-level overview of the draft 2023 budget after the worship service (child care will be provided). We invite you to be part of the discussion, either in person in the sanctuary or by Zoom (simply stay on the Sunday worship link). Please set aside some extra time on Sunday the 23rd to join us in planning for Pilgrim’s ministries in 2023.
