For those journeying through grief, there's help. Growing Thru Grief offers free support and education to those who mourn in a safe and confidential setting. The group meets on Tuesdays at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1200 W. Cornwallis, from 4-6 pm (please arrive by 4:15 pm, no admittance after 4:30 pm). All are welcome.
