The Board of Christian Service has put together a great volunteer opportunity. On Saturday, October 18, The Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC invites Pilgrim children and their caregivers to come together and volunteer from 10am-12pm.

There are 15 slots available, and you can click here to sign up. Signup is required through the Food Bank. Here are some instructions from them:  

Your group members will use this link to sign up for the volunteer shift and make an account on our website. This process is mandatory for all volunteers. Once an adult has created their volunteer profile, you can easily add children by selecting “Add Additional Volunteer to Profile” when they log in. From there, you will need to click this reservation link to sign every member of your family up for the volunteer shift.

The food bank is located at 2700 Angier Ave., Durham. We hope you can join us!
