Durham Pilgrimage “Genesis Journey,” Saturday April 29th, $35
The Race + Equity team invites any/all Pilgrims to join members of our sister UCC congregations Mt. Calvary and 1st Congregational to go on the Genesis Journey.
This is a special one day pilgrimage put on by Durham Cares to help us connect our spiritual journeys to the racial justice history of Durham, and to connect as UCC churches again.
Through the pilgrimage we will be given the opportunity to place ourselves within the story of our city as well as God’s story. We will have the chance to reflect with others on how we live our own lives within the history of this city. Join us to learn more about this place where we all live and to reconnect with churches with whom we share history. Contact Tom Harris for more information.
