As we approach midterm elections in the fall, Rev. Greyson will lead a book group beginning Tuesday, July 14th, at 7 pm on Zoom. We will start with Bishop Mariann Budde’s book How We Learn to Be Brave.

Bishop Budde gave the sermon at the Washington National Cathedral shortly after the presidential inauguration, in which she called for mercy on immigrants and vulnerable communities. Rev. Greyson hopes that her spiritual courage and insights will bolster our own bravery in our collective political lives or in our own personal journeys.

We will meet biweekly to discuss (usually) one chapter at a time. On July 14th, we will begin with the introduction and chapter one, but all are welcome to attend, even if you have not read the chapters.
